Never Get Jet Lag Anywhere in the World

Never Get Jet Lag Anywhere in The World

I fly over 100 times a year. Here’s the exact protocol I never skip, and what I always pack in my carry-on.

A city street at night captured with long exposure, showing bright light trails from vehicles and illuminated buildings, creating a sense of motion and energy in an urban setting.

After a lot of trial and error, I figured out how to land somewhere new and not feel like complete crap. Most jet lag advice misses the biology entirely. These are my non-negotiables, and if you do all of them, you’ll notice the difference immediately.

True Junk Light Blockers

LIGHT MANAGEMENT

I don’t get jet lag anywhere on the planet because of TrueDark Sunsets. They block all the wavelengths that suppress melatonin so your body is already primed for sleep before you land. For shorter daytime flights, the Daylights Transition lenses auto-adjust between bright terminals and dim cabins so the light shift never hits you.

Leela Quantum H.E.A.L.360 Hat

EMF PROTECTION

Airplanes are small enclosed spaces packed with wireless signals hitting you for hours. The Leela Quantum hat has a high-purity silver lining that shields your head from all of it, plus an embedded H.E.A.L.360 frequency that supports healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. I wear it through the entire travel day.

Auro Wellness Glutaryl

ANTIOXIDANT SUPPORT

Flying at altitude floods your body with free radicals that deplete glutathione, your body’s master antioxidant, and when that drops your immune system and energy go with it. Glutaryl absorbs transdermally so it bypasses digestion and actually gets into your system. Just spray it on your stomach before you board.

Quiet Mode by Suppgrade Labs

CORTISOL SUPPORT

By the time you want to sleep on a flight, your nervous system is still running hot from the alarms, connections, and sensory overload of travel. Quiet Mode has ashwagandha, L-theanine, and GABA to bring cortisol down so you can actually fall asleep instead of lying there wired. There’s no melatonin in it, which matters because you want your body producing its own.

Instant Danger Coffee

MOLD-FREE COFFEE

Hotel coffee is a jet lag trap because most commercial coffee is loaded with mold toxins that wreck your focus and make everything worse. Instant Danger is mold-free, lab tested, and remineralized with over 50 trace minerals. I throw a few packets in my carry-on and stir into water anywhere in ten seconds.

Electrolytes

HYDRATION

Dehydration alone mimics most jet lag symptoms, and airplane air will dehydrate you faster than you think. I double down on water the entire flight and add electrolytes so my cells actually absorb what I’m drinking. Skip the alcohol, it compounds everything you’re already fighting at altitude.
