It’s one thing to say, “I’m going to eat when I’m hungry and only when I’m hungry.” It’s far more effective to figure out what void you’re trying to fill with food, so that you can resolve your primary issue head-on.
People eat when they feel a lack of some sort. It’s up to you to clear the background noise so you can hear your body’s hunger signals, loud and clear.
