I Spent $2,500,000 to Reverse My Age: Here’s What I Learned

I Spent $2,500,000 To Reverse My Age. Here’s What I Learned

Over the past 25 years, I have invested $2.5 million into reversing my age, and I’m excited to share how it’s working. My biological age is now in my mid-30s, I’ve lost over 100 pounds, and I have the body and brain of a healthy man in his 20s. If you’re curious about how to hack your biology and achieve similar results, read on. Aging is a set of biological processes we can slow down or even reverse through biohacking.

The Seven Pillars of Aging

To truly understand the aging process, it’s essential to recognize the seven pillars of aging:

  1. Mutations in Mitochondria: These are the powerhouses of your cells, and any damage here can accelerate aging.
  2. Shrinking Tissues: As we age, our tissues lose elasticity and strength.
  3. Zombie Cells: These are dysfunctional cells that accumulate and cause inflammation.
  4. Cellular Stiffening: This affects how well your cells can function.
  5. Extracellular Junk: Waste products accumulate outside cells and impact health.
  6. Buildup of Junk Inside Cells: This hampers cellular function and energy production.
  7. Shortening of Telomeres: Telomeres protect our DNA but shorten as we age.

By addressing these pillars, you can enhance your quality of life and longevity.

Key Strategies for Reversing Age

Here are the key strategies I’ve implemented to reverse my biological age:

1. Eat a High-Fat, Low-Carb Diet

Eating a diet rich in healthy fats and low in carbohydrates is crucial. Consistently high blood sugar levels create inflammation, which accelerates aging. My go-to meal is grass-fed steak with veggies and plenty of grass-fed butter. This combination gives me protein, healthy fats, and fiber. I do cycle carbs in and out, focusing on options like white rice, raw honey, and fruits when I do.

2. Practice Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting has been a game-changer for me. It encourages autophagy, a process where your body cleans out old, dysfunctional cells and replaces them with new ones. I recommend trying Bulletproof Intermittent Fasting, which includes coffee with grass-fed butter and MCT oil. This keeps your energy levels up without spiking your insulin. 3. Optimize Your Mitochondria with Supplements

To live longer, consider supplements that support mitochondrial health, like PQQ and Coenzyme Q10. Foundational supplements, such as Vitamin DAKE and Minerals 101, can also be beneficial. You can find more info on these at vitaminDAKE.com.

4. Reduce Inflammation

Reducing inflammation is critical since it accelerates aging. Follow a diet that minimizes inflammation, remove toxins from your environment, and ensure you’re getting quality sleep. Red and infrared light therapy can also be effective in reducing inflammation and promoting recovery.

5. Hack Your Sleep

Sleep is vital for longevity, but many people struggle with it. Studies show that living longer is associated with sleeping around six and a half hours per night. A few tips to improve your sleep include cooling your room and trying my “salad bowl trick”—submerging your face in ice water for a few seconds to tone your vagus nerve, which regulates your nervous system. 6. Utilize Cold Therapy

Cold therapy can stimulate your body to create new, powerful cells while reducing inflammation. This can be done through ice baths, cold showers, or cryotherapy sessions. It’s an effective way to signal your body to optimize its functions.

7. Measure Your Biological Age

Understanding your biological age can help you track your progress. I recommend visiting Axo.Health for advanced longevity panels that measure important biomarkers like thyroid and testosterone levels.

Beginning your journey toward longevity doesn’t have to be overwhelming. The sooner you start implementing these strategies, the sooner you’ll feel the difference in your body and mind. If you’re in your 20s, investing in your health now will pay off significantly in the future. By following these principles, you can unlock a vibrant, youthful life that lasts for years to come. Let’s take control of our aging process and redefine what it means to grow older!
