Are you worth your salt? Historically we’ve equated salt with value, and only in recent history has salt been maligned and misunderstood. The talk below covers biohacking with salt, butter and coffee. Salt is not the enemy. Secret butter powers are revealed. Bulletproof Coffee continues to be my favorite biohack.
