… Dr. Kelly Brogan shares why her views often go against conventional thinking—on topics from pharmaceuticals to sex to pole dancing to relationship compatibility. She’s a psychiatrist who specializes in psychosomatic medicine and integrative holistic medicine. Her root-cause resolution approach to psychiatric syndromes and symptoms coupled with other support techniques helps women reclaim their divine feminine power.
I previously talked with Dr. Kelly on episode #635 about her book, “Own Your Self: The Surprising Path Beyond Depression, Anxiety, and Fatigue to Reclaiming Your Authenticity, Vitality, and Freedom.”
This romp of a discussion tackles women’s power and what it means to claim or reclaim it. And how women themselves can be harmful critics of other women’s choices.
“The world would enter a dimension of healing that is so transformational if women would just stop offering unsolicited criticism, feedback, and advice to other women, period,” Dr. Kelly says. “Let’s just do that and see what happens, including our daughters.”
Dr. Kelly went through profound personal changes over the past few years that led to changes in her business, too. Changes that rattled some people and brought out the worst kind of social media attention. She talks about how she’s stayed firmly in her choices and offers tips for you to do the same. She also gets into why the differences in feminine and masculine power matter now more than ever. It starts with your relationship with yourself.
This fun, informative interview gets a little wild and shares profound insights you can apply to your next life move.
